What To Look For Before You Can Cast Your Magic Spells

Casting a magic spells is in fact very simple once you learn some main principles of occult magic that you can follow. In this post Maria Duval will explain some of the general ideas of cast magic spells to quickly introduce you to the subject so you understand what you need to expect, and can start to cast your own spells.
Just when a spell is to begin you must prepare yourself for the huge plumes of power and energy that are about to course through your body and in the air around you. You must ground - just like a electrical connection - yourself so as to join yourself with the Earth and all the energy and magic therein, and you must centre your spirit so you are calm, focused, at ease and ready to put up a good magic.

Grounding and centering usually consists of a few short and simple exercises to let go your body and mind, and to link yourself with the Earth to give you an anchor point to quickly return back to actuality in case you somehow get very carried away when you are performing out a spell cast.

The next thing to know is, you must get ready a circle surrounding you before you begin the cast. During this process you invite the power of the four corners of the Earth, which are the power of the five elements (Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Aether/Spirit), and any other Gods, Goddesses or deities you wish to convey with. You also create a glow of protective energy around yourself which protects you from external forces and keeps your magic contained so it can be properly channelled.

The third law of good spell casting is that you must focus your will on your sought after answer. Majority of the magic spells you cast will come from inside yourself, and from your mind and spirit. You must concentrate clearly on your targets and objectives, why you're casting the spell and what you want to happen.

Firm up visually the outcome clearly and sharply in your head, and mentally commit to focus all your energy and feat into achieving those goals from this point forward. Your belief in the magic is proportional with the power that you direct into the spell and also proportional to the results. The more you believe, the better your magic will be and so the better the results will be.

Next comes the actual spell part. You will normally have found a spell somewhere - the library, a bookshop, or in the Internet somewhere. Spells usually consist of short, simple rituals such as lighting candles, mixing oils and herbs in water, simple movements or the arms and body, reciting incantations aloud and so on.

The spell is the tool which unlocks the power within you and allows it to be released towards your goals. Having the right spell will mean that the largest possible level of energy is released and so the spell will be most optimum. You have to have the suitable tool for the job at hand.

When the spell is completed, do not just vacate the ideas and the goals you've committed to - now you must continue the magic by holding these things in your head at all times and continuing to focus on them. Every day, quickly run through a short visualisation of your intended outcome and visualise yourself being happy, successful, loved and everything else you want to be. At the end of the day, with patience and practice, your magic will become effective and you will get everything you've ever needed!
